What time does the game start?
Stadium gates open at 1:30 p.m. and kickoff is at 3:30 p.m.

Where can I park my car/limo/charter bus?
Parking is extremely limited around the sports complex area and all fans are encouraged to ARRIVE EARLY and take a convenient JTA Game Day Shuttle.

Where can I park my RV?
RV City (Lot E)
PLEASE NOTE NEW CHANGES TO RV CITY PARKING!
Opens one day early on Tuesday, October 25, 8 a.m. First-come, first-served.
$85 per space each day, midnight to midnight, self-contained RVs. Trash containers, dump station and security included. All RVs must have exhaust pipe extensions in parking lots. Cars in tow: $20 daily.

What is the Sideline Safety Zone?
The Sideline Safety Zone is produced by the City of Jacksonville to provide areas where students visiting downtown Jacksonville and the Sports Complex before, during and after the Florida vs. Georgia game can find assistance including basic medical help, first aid, transportation directions, telephone service, food, water, coffee and more. The Zone is about helping people, not punishing people. Students who request assistance at the Zone for themselves or their friends will not be subject to legal action on alcohol issues. Are there any marketing restrictions?
Unauthorized retail, commercial, marketing and promotional activities are strictly prohibited inside parking lots, tailgating areas and on city property without prior written approval (and proof of certification in the manner of a sticker, etc.) from the City of Jacksonville. All violators will be escorted off the premises by the Jacksonville Sheriff's Office. These regulations are applicable in parking lots owned and/or leased by the City of Jacksonville and managed by SMG.
What traffic restrictions do I need to know?
To ensure smooth traffic flow, golf carts and motorized scooters that are not street legal will not be permitted in the Sports Complex area, surrounding parking lots or streets leading to The Jacksonville Landing. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office has the right to shut down all golf carts due to traffic issues and safety concerns. Only authorized golf carts will be permitted in the area on Friday, October 28 and Saturday, October 29. Bicycles and rickshaws are permitted but will be asked to leave if they obstruct traffic. Riding on sidewalks is not permitted.
What do Portolet/Pump Out Companies need to know before they come to the Sports Complex Area?
The City of Jacksonville Office of Special Events and SMG, the Facility Manager of the Sports Complex is focusing on safety issues surrounding sanitation trucks and portolet rentals in the Sports Complex Area. United Site Services is the exclusive provider for SMG managed facilities. For the safety of fans tailgating in the Sports Complex area (including RV City), other portolet companies will not be permitted to solicit business in city-owned parking lots and property.
