The Sideline Safety Zone presented by Chick-fil-A is produced by City of Jacksonville to provide an area where students visiting downtown Jacksonville before, during, and after the Florida-Georgia festivities can find assistance ranging from basic medical help, first aid, transportation, directions, telephone service, food, water, coffee and more.

The Zone is about helping people, not punishing them.
Fans who request assistance at the Zone for themselves
or their friends will not be subject to legal action on alcohol issues.

Locations & Hours of Operation 

Located throughout the downtown area, the Sideline Safety Zones are the fastest way to get help during the Florida vs. Georgia weekend, before and after the big game. 
 

Inside The Jacksonville Landing
Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. - 3 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29, Noon - 3 a.m.

Outside The Jacksonville Landing (corner of Laura Street and Independent Drive)
Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m. - 3:30 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29, Noon - 3:30 a.m.

Florida-Georgia Welcome Center presented by Shands Jacksonville
(across from EverBank Field next to Metropolitan Park)
Friday, Oct. 28, 8 a.m. - Midnight
Saturday, Oct. 29, 7 a.m. - 10 p.m.

Coastline Drive and Newnan Street
Friday, Oct. 28, 6 p.m.- 3 a.m.
Saturday, Oct. 29, Noon – 3 a.m.

Touchdown Showdown (outside EverBank Field's south end zone)
Saturday, October 29 only, 10 a.m. - end of game

Adams Street Experience (outside EverBank Field's Gate 1)
Saturday, October 29 only, 10 a.m. - one hour post-game 

Amenities

Access to transportation, directions, first aid and medical support, water, telephone service, cell phone charges, snacks, coffee, maps and other information.
