Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition

Presented by the City of Jacksonville and Keyboard Connection Pianos & Organs, the Jacksonville Jazz Piano Competition has been a tradition for more than 20 years. Five finalists, chosen by a selection committee through "blind" judging, will compete for the honor of this award, a cash prize and the chance to perform during the 2012 Jacksonville Jazz Festival.

A talented rhythm section accompanied the five finalists during the 2011 piano competition with Danny Gottlieb, a renowned drummer and educator, and Dennis Marks an accomplished bassist and educator.
