How to Apply

Thank you for inquiring with the City of Jacksonville Office of Special Events. To apply, simply fill out the event application in which you are interested and submit it to Ashley Beck. You can submit your application via fax at (904) 630-3693, by e-mail at abeck@coj.net, or by mail to:
